1. You should accept 'North Khartoum' for Khartoum North.
2. Ecatepec is a suburb of Mexico City. If you want the quiz to be about metropolitan areas, then take out Ecatepec, move Guadalajara to #2, and put Monterrey as #3. Also, as people have said, Canada's cities here use metropolitan areas while U.S. cities use city limits.
3. Can someone clarify which of Salvador and Belo Horizonte is larger? It seems that on half the quizzes Salvador is #3 in Brazil, and on the other half Belo Horizonte is #3.
