	Blackhawks are Native Americans, not animals. The Rays are missing and, even though I guess you could go either way, I feel the Predators should be added as well.

	Rays are actually referring to the Sun's rays. Also, Thrashers should be added.

	Thanks for the comments, those changes have been made. I realized I probably got a few wrong/left out. I anticipated also that some might have mentioned Rays as a possible team to add, but as jmarshallg pointed out, it no longer refers to Devil Rays, but rather to the sun's rays. Thanks again

	thats false its referring to devil rays but they shortened it to "Rays" ..why do you think they have a fish tank full of sting rays in center field?

	While "Blackhawks" refers to the Native tribe, some artistic depictions of Chicago's teams show an actual black hawk flying alongside a bear, bull, cub, etc., so I could make a slight case for a bonus answer. The Bills are named after Buffalo Bill Cody, who, while pretty wild in his own right, was not, in fact, an animal.

	Actually originally in the AAFC the team was the Buffalo Bisons (1946) and then renamed in 1947 to the Bills supposedly after a barbershop quartet from Buffalo that was formed that year and very popular. When the Bills franchise that exists now formed they were named in a contest the winning entry having come from somebody who wanted to honor the prior franchise. Regardless they have a Buffalo on their helmet, even if it is more because of the city then the name, they should be a bonus answer along with Rays

	The Blackhawks are named after a WWI infantry unit that the original owner fought in. The logo is of a Chief Blackhawk (Person not tribe) from around the area. Therefore, not an animal as it refers to the team. What is a Thrasher?

	That 'rays of light' press release is the dumbest thing I've ever read. I hadn't heard about that, I assumed they'd just changed it to appease the Christian fundamentalist lunatics. I'm sure we'll all magically forget the decade during which we all called them the Rays, and were referring to sting rays. Genius work there.
