| @caramba: to get an eszett (ß) you can type 225 while holding the Alt key. But it's too complicated to have to look at an ASCII code table when answering a quiz. However, I think that the ß represents a double s, so the alternate spelling should be Strassburg. In this type of quizzes, to avoid complaints from either side it's better to accept both the English and the local language names, e.g. Hanover / Hannover, Nuremberg / Nürnberg / Nuernberg, Cologne / Köln / Koeln, etc. |
