| Ther are even more if you are Catholic! The fourth Sunday of Lent is Laetare Sunday. Forty days after Easter is the Feast of the Ascension. Seven Sundays after Easter is Pentecost, and the Sunday after that is Trinity Sunday, and the Sunday after *that* is the Feast of Corpus Christi. And in the days before Vatican II, there were even more!! Quinquagesima, Sexagesima and Septuagesima Sundays were the three Sundays before Ash Wednesday, for all those who couldn't get quite enough Lent to make them feel properly bad. I think that's all the movable feasts; but, maybe not. |
