| Need we any more reason to stick to the "Orange" Tang drink products? |
 | GilaB: | Nov 22nd, 2011 at 02:30 GMT | | 3 points |
| I could have sworn the spiky things were thistles. |
 | MSUKent: | Nov 22nd, 2011 at 09:36 GMT | | 2 points |
| @GilaB: I tried to get a pic that showed the sea bottom but it's hard at 1-inch x 1-inch! |

| Good quiz, but I think you could find a better (and purpler) image for plums. |

| It's been so long since I watched Scooby-Doo, I forgot how hot Daphne was. |

| I was sorely disappointed by the lack of Grimace. |
 | wakethesun: | Nov 29th, 2011 at 01:36 GMT | | 3 points |
| I'm a little worried by how many people know which telletubby that is, versus how many can identify plums, amethyst, lavender, even Daphne. |

| I tried about 5 different ways to spell "Magilla Gorilla" and couldn't figure out why it didn't work. Grape Ape fail. |

| Darn you purple tang I thought you were Dory! |
 | Azrael: | Jul 11th, 2012 at 04:22 GMT | | 52 points |
| Funny, I always thought that Purple Tang was powdery and tasted like grapes. |

| Fluorite should also be accepted. A picture isn't enough to distinguish it from amethyst. |
 | mtsobel: | Jul 11th, 2012 at 04:26 GMT | | 12 points |
| please accept singular of Minnesota Viking, as you are showing a Minnesota Viking jersey, not the whole team |

| I think that "Great" should be accepted as a modifier for the first picture on row 2, as in "Great . |
 | springmom: | Jul 11th, 2012 at 05:17 GMT | | 13 points |
| No...because Great is not part of his name. |

| I wonder if Tinky Winky has found a 'life partner' by now and if so, would they seek to legally marry? Jerry Falwell must be turning over in his grave. Where's little Ricky.... Santorum when we really need his infinite wisdom? |
 | druhutch: | Jul 11th, 2012 at 07:08 GMT | | 22 points |
| Once again I'm handicapped by my inability to identify flowers and fish. (Also missed sea urchins, which aren't technically either of those things but could easily pass for both.) |

| Thanks to How I Met Your Mother I recognised an American sports team for the first time in my life. Sadly it didn't accept "Minnesota sports team". |

| Dat Purple Tang. |
 | shel99: | Jul 11th, 2012 at 13:10 GMT | | 3 points |
| Fluorite and Amethyst have different crystal shapes. The six-sided crystal that comes to a point is only seen in quartz, and amethyst is a type of quartz. Fluorite can be purple but wouldn't be shaped like that. |

| Took a shot with 'crayon', and danged if it didn't accept it! Never heard of this Harold person, though. Almost had to rate it down for including Barney, but Grape Ape evened it out. 5 globes! |

| I managed to get most of the flowers...but as stuck on one. I just couldn't identify what the flower was. Timer runs out...and it's a sea urchin. Oops. |

| Great quiz! I would've scored about 15 if my mom hadn't helped me... but as it was, neither of us knew Grape Ape. Excellent job MSUKent. |

| Seeing the title "Things That Are Purple" made me happy. It's just a cute, novel title for a quiz! |
