This is, of course, a dandy quiz. My lone issue with it is that, because none of the artists are repeated, it's an extremely easy quiz, as you only have to know one song from each pairing. What I mean by that is, for example, "Crocodile Rock Lobster" can only be Elton John and B-52's; if another clue was "All You Need Is Love Shack", and you didn't know who did "Crocodile Rock" or "All You Need Is Love", you'd have to at least do some inference to get both answers. Regardless, it's obviously a good quiz, because it's a Kent quiz; it's far too simple for my personal tastes, but I speak only for myself.

Thanks, Kicking222. I considered some decoy answers. I still could add some. Or, as you suggest, I could use multiple songs from a single band to create interference. I will ponder....

One problem with the decoys; Chuck Berry covered "Twist and Shout" on his live album, "Toronto Rock 'N' Roll Revival 1969 Vol. II", so "Chuck Berry and KISS" is actually a valid answer for Twist and Shout It Out Loud.

There's a typo in Nancy Sinatra's last name. Well done overall.

There seems to be no consistency as to when you use original artists and when you use cover. Why is "Police & Thieves" attributed to the original but obscure Junior Marvin, rather than the better known Clash cover? Why pick Madonna among all the possible "Don't Cry for Me, Argentina" covers? Nazareth's cover of "Love Hurts" is listed as is Swinging Blue Jeans instead of Chan Romero. But then you go for the original Shorty Long instead of the better known Mitch Ryder. I'm confused.
It's a good idea, but I think you can do better. Can you create a list with several overlaps? E.g. pick, say 10-12 acts with lots of well-know track, and have each act overlap with 3 other acts on the list. Not an easy task, but an immensely more satisfying puzzle.
