	I knead glasses. I looked at Earn and saw Eam. Had no clue what the heck that word was or how it would even be pronounced. Was even more confused when the answer came up as Um.

	@demonopie: Unfortunately, Merriam-Webster's. I'm okay with some modern terms being in the dictionary, but didn't phat go out of common parlance about a decade ago?

	I had to say "our" over and over again to get anything but "are" as a homophone. Now I'm not sure how I say it. I think my pronunciation is probably usually closer to "are" than "hour" though.

	I did alright considering I left school 29 years ago. It's not that I'm homophobic it's just that I'd forgotten what homophones were.

	Chris968: I grew up in NYC too...Brooklyn to be precise...and while many New Yorkers tend to pronounce "our" as "are" (I am often guilty as charged), every last one of us should know the proper pronunciation is the same as "hour"!

	Is "hoo" a word of any sort? Or is it just the sound an owl makes. I tried "kraft" and "phat" as jokes, and was shocked when they worked!
