| I propose accepting "butthurt" for hindpain. |
 | puckett86: | Apr 30th, 2012 at 02:37 GMT | | 1 point |
| Good quiz! Only minor complaint is that "arm" and "appendage" aren't really synonyms since arm is a type of appendage, but I'm not sure what you could replace it with. |

| I don't think a cadaversentinel is really doing his job. |

| Some people give me a hindpain. Yeah, that would be a good word. |
 | VEC: | May 1st, 2012 at 23:30 GMT | | 6 points |
| Armhole would also work for "appendagechasm." |

| Armhole for appendagechasm? |

| Kept trying topcoat for abovejacket...so close! |

| I don't think "friendship" is really a compound word. |
 | cmkeller: | May 14th, 2012 at 15:39 GMT | | 17 points |
| I was thinking "dung beetle" for "garbage insect." |
 | nspyred: | May 14th, 2012 at 15:40 GMT | | 12 points |
| Yes, I tried assert (ass hurt) for hindpain. |

| I was thinking about "valve" for bicuspid. |
 | amers4: | May 14th, 2012 at 15:58 GMT | | 10 points |
| I tried topcoat for abovejacket. :( |

| buttache, assache, anusache... what the heck is it? |

| Would 'legdrop' be a viable alternative to 'appendagechasm'? |
 | Go_Phils: | May 14th, 2012 at 16:49 GMT | | 13 points |
| I have to echo corndog. Friendship is not technically speaking a compound word. It is a root word with a suffix added, not two words put together. The "ship" is a suffix, not a word in itself in this case. |

| Wow great quiz. |

| I was butthurt when I didn't know the hindpain one. |

| Was I the only one who only thought of bunk as a replacement swear when they read this? I was trying StupidPebble and DumbRock to no avail. |

| housekeep? topcoat? |
 | Pogues: | May 14th, 2012 at 17:32 GMT | | 2 points |
| I'm with a few others on here....abovejacket could very easily be topcoat also. I believe it should be added. |
 | nekkidandrew: | May 14th, 2012 at 17:42 GMT | | 19 points |
| I'm pretty happy that I'm not the only person who tried "butthurt". |

| V Spheres! |
 | jewilsey: | May 14th, 2012 at 18:31 GMT | | 17 points |
| So I misread imitatefeline as intimatefeline and tried sexkitten. Then I was going to argue that it was two words and not a compound word. Yeah, I feel silly. |
 | CorellonL: | May 14th, 2012 at 19:18 GMT | | 5 points |
| In addition to "armhole" or "leghole," "armspan" should be viable for "armpit." |

| Cycle is a synonym for bike? Not sure about that. Some of these are shaky. |
 | ChileNoseJam: | May 14th, 2012 at 20:27 GMT | | 4 points |
| Cycle is most certainly a synonym for bike ('bike' is an abbreviation of 'bicycle'). I have to agree that 'friendship' doesn't belong on here, though - not a compound word. |

| Butthurt should totally be added... |

| I was just writing a complaint that adobe isn't synonymous with house, being a materials houses are made of... and that's when I looked up and realized it said ABODE. Dammit. |
 | smith8904: | May 14th, 2012 at 23:25 GMT | | 3 points |
| I also read imitatefeline as intimate feline so I tried lovecat, haha! |
 | Jules824: | May 14th, 2012 at 23:55 GMT | | 4 points |
| I, too, mis-read abode as adobe and kept trying to think of words that started with clay-. And it took me the longest time to realize it wasn't bake to me. Last thing, could appendagechasm also be legroom? |
Comment below threshold: show it | crashintoavan: | May 14th, 2012 at 23:59 GMT | | -5 points |
| "engine" is most certainly not a synonym for "motor" |
 | nerdy_hottie: | May 15th, 2012 at 00:20 GMT | | 5 points |
| I tried 'uppercase' for 'abovejacket'. Jacket could be used to refer to a case or casing.. |

| Fantastic quiz - easy enough if you THINK - good job fella |
