@CPADave71: I agree with you about the value of "temporarily" skipping, and returning to clues. In a minefield game like this, it can be wise to never click an answer button until you are sure of an answer, and initially scroll through the rest in order to avoid "whoops, that's the one I was thinking of."
Even still, I find it to be a process of scrolling through several times, continually winnowing the field as my confidence diminishes. So I think a very generous timer is essential, especially because you want to take your time (having only one-wrong-guess and you're out). And it also gives players who are not experts on a game's theme or content a chance to still do reasonably well. |
