	Chunder? I also tried asunder and besmirch but I think they fall down on the same number of syllables rule. And where I come from geyser definitely does not rhyme with miser - perhaps specify the dialect of English used or the source. Good quiz though.

	@koopa08: Thanks. Besmirch and asunder have two syllables so they don't qualify. I've never heard of corm but will look it up. @salifou: Thanks too. Both the OED and Merriam-Webster list kaiser as lowercase, and thus not a proper noun. I see that American Heritage lists a long e pronunciation of geyser (geezer), which is "chiefly British" and means "gas-operated hot water heater." I'm using the long i meaning: "natural hot spring that ejects a column of water into the air."

	@Q_Pheevr: Chunder is fairly obscure, based on my search at OneLook. I've added it as an alt to all answers to you get credit if typed. I've switched miser to izzy so sizer is no longer an issue.

	smirch: didn't think any of the answers rhymed with it. I've never heard any of these words being pronounced with a short "i" sound. Otherwise a good quiz.

	Yeah, I came here to agre with imclala, that YEGG was actually the very first word I went to type into the quiz, and when it didn't work, I quit. What is the choice of reference for making this list? Because I as a word puzzle person, flivver and things people have mentioned above are all common things in that world. Rhyming quizzes have always caused such problems in the pasts, based on sources and dialects, I stopped making them, unless I gave clues as well.

	For all the controversy, I certainly enjoyed the quiz, and got everything except one that just slipped my mind ("written"). My only complaint is the mix of real and fake "header" words.

	No proper nouns; I thought what the hey and typed Fife anyway and up it popped! Little did I know until after the quiz it's a small type of flute, you learn something every day :)
