I Wish is by Skee-lo. (Please don't vote this down, I'm only joking, although that's the only way I would have gotten that clue).

@pulpfictionado: Thanks. I'll add it as an alt. @ambition: Couldn't find a single-word song for I. If you know any, please pass along.

@MSUKent, only one I can find is 'Intro' by Alan Braxe & Fred Falke which hit number 35 in the UK singles chart in November 2000 (it's awful by the way). Youtube video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQFhSHZ3CsQ

@MSUKent: There are loads, Idaho, Igloo, Idyll, Ionic, Ivory, Irony, India, Idiot - I recommend using the search function on Last.fm. to find one that isn't by an obscure artist. Nice quiz btw.

Billboard's Top Pop Singles book lists a song called "Iesha," by Another Bad Creation. Can't say I remember it, but it hit the Top Ten in 1991.

I didn't know that James Brown sang a song with that name, but I did remember that Rick James stamped it on Charlie Murphy's forehead with his ring at the China Club.

So, which is it, Velvet Underground or Lou Reed? I've got the whole VU collection, and I don't remember a song called "Ocean".

After the answers popped up, I immediately thought of Queen Latifah for U, and Tears for Fears for S. Britney Spears could also fit for Crazy (...and so could her song *rimshot*)

^ I have four songs called "Crazy" in my iTunes: Gnarls Barkley, Patsy Cline, Icehouse, and Barenaked Ladies. Maybe that says something about me, I dunno.

"Shout" isn't by Otis Day and the Knights, that's just the name of the fictional band from Animal House who plays that song in the movie. It's by The Isley Brothers.

So in case you were wondering whether Soft Cell recorded any songs other than the only song of theirs that anyone has ever heard of, there's your answer.

Coldplay's "X&Y" album has a title track. That almost qualifies. Also, I was hoping the Y answer was "Yahoo," and you had mistaken Soft Cell for Erasure. Oh well.
