This is for presidents who used their middle names as first names. They didn't call Adams "Quincy" so he doesn't count.

Teddy Roosevelt? Jack Kennedy (not to mention JFK)? Abe Lincoln? And what about FDR and LBJ? Then there are nicknames like "The Gipper" and "Dubya." Arguably every president's had a nickname of some sort: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_nicknames. Either define what you consider to be a nickname (or what it means to be "known" by a nickname), or expand the quiz.

Better with just middle names, though you still might want to add Eisenhower, who was born David Dwight Eisenhower. Both he and Grant changed their names in the same way -- upon enrollment at West Point.
