Nice quiz -- there aren't enough quizzes about time zones. I wonder if there's a way to take daylight savings time into account without tying the quiz to a particular day. Would it work if you accepted both DST and standard times for locations that use DST? it would make the quiz a little easier, but you could add a few more locations to make up for that.
