| I would like to question your statement that only 8% of people in South Africa speak English. While it may be true that only 8% speak it as a mother tongue, I suspect far more speak it as a second language, which could result in it still being the most 'prevalent' language of the country. Have you confirmed this? Also, you say that few Cameroonians speak english, but given that the the name is the same in French (yes, I know there are spelling differences, but that is also true of Iran, Sri Lanka, and any other country which uses a different alphabet. Also, could you let us know what Pakistan is in Punjabi? |
