The German Empire didn't occupy Austria, Nazi Germany did. And if that's included then the allied occupiers (USA, UK, USSR) should also be included.

if u mean the region of austria then austria does occupy it! buuut the EMPIRES that occupied it is different to countries! also who occupied it during medieval age? was it germany? or was it just part of hungary? also does the mongols count? cos they reach vienna, so does that that they occupied some of it too?
