what is your source for this? Is your listing in order or random?

If this is in order -- Pete Rose at number three? Not for the betting or being a jerk, but he was nowhere near that good.

I got about forty and then I typed in Collins and got nothing. I then tried Eddie Collins and got nothing. Then I quit because anyone who doesn't have Eddie Collins in the top 150 players of all time shouldn't be making a quiz about the 150 best players of all time. This is a complete waste of time and bandwidth.

Oh, and it's Bobby Thomson not Bobby Thompson. Not that he belongs anywhere near the top 150 baseball players of all time.

Jim Thome is on the list twice, once a HOFer and once not. I got him the first time by typing in Anderson.

Doesn't accept "Ripken" and "Griffey". Jack Morris isn't in the Hall of Fame. Also, this is an awful list.

Few people take the bold stance that Chuck Finley is better than Jackie Robinson.

Good to see someone giving Ty Cobb the respect he deserves, Georgia Peach = greatest of all time.

I don't know where to start. This is simply an abomination to a baseball historian and putting Chuck Finley, Bobby Thomson, Jimmy Key and Julio Franco ahead of Jackie Robinson, Eddie Collins, Yogi Berra and Bill Dickey is.....words fail me, just like this quiz did.

Beyond the obvious, I think Koufax as the greatest pitcher of all time is really problematic. At his peak he was as good or better than any pitcher ever. But before his peak he wasn't good at all, and his career was cut short. Obviously WAR is a flawed statistic, but it's one of the better cumulative stats for pitchers, and if you look at it, Koufax is 61st, between Bret Saberhagen and Stan Coveleski. If you take his utterly amazing prime into account, I think you should obviously rank him higher than that, but ahead of Young, Walter Johnson, Seaver, Grove?

Also, Bert Blyleven (misspelled!) ahead of Lefty Grove and Nolan Ryan? I think Blyleven has been unjustly neglected by the HOF too, but that's just absurd. His big claim to fame is getting a lot of strikeouts, but, er, he still got way less than Nolan Ryan.

Bryce Harper for HOF status: "never will be"? Take your shots early, huh? Also, are these the top 150 in your opinion? Since when is Jamie Moyer better than Kirby Puckett? (who is a HOFer, btw) This quiz is messed up, I got Thome twice for typing in "and". I suggest you do some research before you make these quizzes.

4 players are better than Babe Ruth?? Babe Ruth played in a time where 20 homers would lead the league if it weren't for his utterly monstrous numbers. Not only to mention he pitched for 5 years and was actually a pretty god damn good pitcher. You can't argue anyone over Babe Ruth for the greatest baseball player of all-time. And as much as I love him, Johan Santana over Warren Spahn?? Give me a break. And Cap Anson barely making this list? He's one of very few people to get 2,000 RBIs. Horrible quiz.

Manny Ramirez top ten? LOL. Also Joe Mauer is a great player but he has only played like 5 or 6 season...how can he be considered top 150 of all time. If Mauer continues to play the way he is playing, sure, however are you telling me if he retired tomorrow he would retire as one of the 150 best players in major league baseball history? Awful

Where is Jackie Robinson? Where is Yogi Berra? Why is Joe Mauer on this list? He's only played for a few seasons. Why is Jim Thome on this list twice? Once as a Hall Of Famer and once not. This was a pretty horrible quiz. It should be deleted or at least rewritten by somebody who knows a thing or two about baseball.
