This quiz could be about 4 times as long, and it wouldn't detract from it at all. So many good quotes I tried but to no avail :(

@crazy...you're right that there is no end to the number of great quotes, but I believe this list is specifically the 6 quotes that made the AFI's top 100. 5 Sporcles for you, LTH.

@moviegoer74:
Ahhh I was so excited to play the game I didn't even stop to read the title. I feel like AFI should release a list of top Casablanca quotes to make up for the omissions then.

Might be fun to have "again" as a bonus - as in, "Play it again, Sam", the quote everybody remembers that's never actually said.

Instead of saying "Quote #1, "Quote #2," etc. why don't you put the number it was on the AFI list?

Whoa I have to say I don't even like this film but my mum and sister are always watching it so I got all the quotes except the #32 just from hearing them quote it.

Fantastic quiz about a fantastic movie. If you somehow missed the "Rick's conversation with Ilsa at the airport" quiz from a few months back, take it here: http://www.sporcle.com/games/FearTheManatee/heres_looking_at_you_kid

Awesome quiz but I kept thinking Louis' name ended in an 'e' so I didn't get that.

One of my friends said that Anchorman was the most quotable movie ever. Obviously he hasn't seen or can't comprehend Casablanca.

Victor Lazlo is my husband, and was when I knew you in Paris. I love this movie.

Great, but I missed #20 and embarrassingly, #5. I was expecting the "shocked" speech to be one of them, and the hill of beans one as well. Really fun though.

I love the "shocked" lines, but they are so context driven. So so many to choose from. Hill of beans is in another Sporcle quiz--the whole speech. I saved you the best table; knowing you are German, you'd take it anyway.... If she can take it, I can.... He's like any other man, only more so.

Wait, wait, four percent didn't even guess the word "the"??? Or is it more accurate to surmise they started the quiz, their bosses walked in and, um, they never got to finish...?

I wonder what percentage of quiz takers guessed "again"? Could not come up with the Paris line -- it feels like I tried the entire rest of the movie. I even tried "What watch?"

There are more memorable quotes in this one movie (and that includes the dozen or so classic lines that didn't make the AFI Top 100) than there are in the typical three-year stretch of Hollywood films. Not to mention that arguably its greatest scene -- where Victor and the French expatriats drown out the Nazis by singing La Marseilles -- has no quotes whatsoever. Amazing movie. Thanks for the quiz.

Those were actual French expatriates in the scene. Those welling tears were real.
