	This quiz is a great idea! Thanks! You might try making a followup that is a lot harder, you know, for true Tolkien buffs. This one was really easy. But well done, just the same!

	The Durin's bane and Balrog question is wrong. Balrog is the name for the creature, fo which there are several-though some are already dead by the start of LOTR. Durin's bane, on the other hand, refers specifically to the Balrog in Moria. Unfortunately, as that Balrog wasn't really otherwise named, I can't really suggest any alternatives for that.

	I see what you're saying, but since only one Balrog shows up in the story, I'm not too worried about it.

	The 'her' clue confused me at first but I figured it out quickly. I was also unaware Tolkien used Goblin and Orc synonomysly but I looked it up and it's true. I guess you learn something new each day. Great quiz on the whole!

	CheeseLord is correct, but as someone familiar with Tolkien's works, I knew what you meant. Interestingly enough, the Uruk-hai were quite interchangeable with orcs, because the Uruks were simply a larger breed of orc. While they were also interchangeable, I consider the goblins to be the smaller, cave-dwelling creatures encountered in places like Moria. Great quiz, I hope you do another

	Great quiz! I maybe wrong, but I thought Lugburz referred to Mordor in general and not specifically Barad-dur?

	Nah, the quote is specifically an orc of Sauron saying that there's a Nazgul waiting by the Anduin to take Merry and Pippin 'to Lugburz', which would be rather general considering he's talking to an orc of Saruman. Plus it's quite clearly cognate, or intended to be cognate, with the German word 'burg' which refers to a mountain or fortified town.
