I really could have used a minute or two longer! Fun quiz, though!

ugh, i was totally convinced that the 1978 movie was "*any* which way but loose," to the point where "every" never crossed my mind.

I think I could have got (Catch Me If) You Can if I had not hit the Every Which Way But Loose clue first, then all I could think of was (Any Which Way) You Can. And I was so sure that the answer for the Owls one was The Guardian Legend, not until answers came up that I remembered that was an old Nintendo game.

In a recent episode of 30 Rock, where Liz Lemon is stuck on the flight from hell, "Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole" was mentioned as the only in-flight movie option. When I watched that episode, I assumed it was a fake title - and I gave 30 Rock's writers a lot of credit for thinking up the most awful title imaginable. Now you're telling me IT'S A REAL MOVIE?!?!

@Fidelio: It is indeed a real movie, and the only reason I got the answer right is because they ran a repeat of that episode on Thursday. It's a kids movie with owls, and...and I don't know what.

I got the word 'intolerable' stuck in my head and couldn't get to 'un-'. Ugh. Fun quiz!

I don't like the entries where the clue is the subtitle and you just need to give the franchise, that's a bit boring. Apart from that, I like it.

"Everything" is one word, not two; more importantly, in the title of the film, it's written as "everything".

@aekimel: I'm pretty sure that's why there's an asterisk when you type in 8 words and get the answer for 9. Either that or there's just an asterisk.....

@aekimel, you are correct. I was going by the IMDb title but the movie's poster has it as one word. I don't know why IMBb has 'Every Thing' as two words.

@Mimbleton: "What Dreams May Come" is certainly a very dark movie, but it's one of the most visually beautiful movies I've ever seen. I can honestly say I "like" the movie, even though I generally don't care for movies.

I put in "any which way" for ...But Loose and it told me that didn't come out in 2002. The bonus is obviously for ...You Can, but it was a little confusing.

I got "everything you always wanted to know about sex..." but what is the asterisk for?

@Gillmacs: The movie's title derives from Dr. David Reuben's self-help book which bears the same name. The "* but were afraid to ask" is actually a subtitle, and appeared separately from the title on both the book and the movie poster. Take a look at: http://www.amazon.com/Everything-Always-Wanted-Know-About/dp/0312976569/

I decided to leave out Dr. Strangelove and Borat because I thought that would be cruel. But I can certainly include them in the sequel!

@SuperJen - Ah, thanks for explaining that. I got the same bonus, thought, "Well, I don't know any other titles that end in But Loose, so I'll skip it." I never even thought to go back and try every.

"I know what you did last summer" was a creepy movie. Then they made "I still know what you did last summer" then "I'll always know what you did last summer" kinda ruined it :L
