Nice quiz. Surprising how I had absolutely no idea on some of these considering how well I know the last names.

Ollie should be accepted for Hardy. Laurel always called him that. Also consider accepting spelling variations for Engels (Frederick). Good quiz.

Roy Rogers, Jim Abbott, Elvis Costello, Doctor Jekyll, Mister Hyde, Agent Scully, Carl Lewis, Steve Martin, Woody Allen, Laura Engels (although misspelled) - these all need to be accepted so I can get a better score. Thanks

This reminds me of that great line in the movie Stand By Me: "you were so scared, you ran just like that fat guy, Abbott Costello...." Missed one and was really banking on Hyde's first name being simply Mister. Who knew monsters had first names too!

Funny that so many more people get "Meriwether" than "William". I guess it's more memorable.

I was surprised that "Grace" didn't work with "Allen." Though George and others on their radio and TV shows addressed her as "Gracie," she was always billed as "Grace Allen." Also, I'm surprised that spellings other than "Meriwether" are apparently acceptable.
