And thank *you* for accepting the sane spelling of the Sly Stone title! Fun quiz.

"The Times They Are a-Changing" isn't accepted but "The Times They Are Changing" is? Isn't that a little strange?

Allowing the more English-proper version of the Sly and the Family Stone answer is proof that we are ruled by a glorious and merciful Sporcle God.

It's actually "Falettinme"...not that I actually tried to spell that ridiculous title or anything. Nice quiz, I enjoyed it.

Wait, you let them have regular English for S&tFS? Not fair, I actually knew it. :/

You should also accept "for Talkin' to Me Africa" for the Sly and the Family Stone answer - it's on the "There's a Riot Goin' On" album.

I didn't put the parenthesis round the S&tFS answer, and it didn't accept. I didn't put the parenthesis round the other parenthesised answers, and it accepted. Darn double standards ;)

I was thinking more morosely and had the title as "I'm so lonesome I could DIE"...rhymes at least...

The Bon Jovi song title is actually "Shot Through The Heart" isn't it?

@bikitybam15 Um...no. The title is right. It took me way longer to get out "Guitar Gently Weeps" than I'm proud to admit. Gitar? Nope. Gentle? No, that ends in an "e" but not an e sound. Weaps? ...no... Apparently I can't type today.

Damn Sly Stone! I was trying every way possible to spell Falettinme except the way he spelled it. I tried the normal English, but forgot the word "again". Oh Well...

lol... I ever thought "Sweet dreams are made of these" - no I know the right ending... It's nice to get a hint ("You're so close!")! Does anyone know other "advice" for some other lyrics?

Love the one for Sly and the Family Stone. I had not known it used an alternative spelling until I took the quiz. (Still missed it 'cause I left off a word. Oh well.) Great quiz!

Awesome inclusion of the Sly and Family Stone song, though I gather from reading the other comments that you also accepted the "proper English" spelling and I think that is so not funky.

: I could throw something together with a totally different core of artists but, you know, I don't realy like making quizzes that get 27 plays then disappear. You want plays, you go with what people know.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there a sequel to "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" ... "The Devil Went Back to Georgia"? If so, the latter should be accepted, too.
