Would be nice if instead of saying "wrong" you gave the right answer.

Some kind of hint about how many total tiles there are would have been nice. I really had no idea how to form a guess. 1 globe, sorry.

WOAH this is a RED WRONG quiz? HAHA i play scrabble ALL the time and i couldn't get any of these right other than QX and a few lucky guesses. I can tell you point values no problem but how many? i'm not sure. REALLY tough.

I really wish you would not haveplaced the answers in order and just said wrong when the answer was correct.

wow you have got some harsh scores for a pretty creative quiz. Not sure whats up with that. I think if one needs to form a guess, this quiz probably isn't the one for them. Frequency of letters is written on your scrabble board!

D R and T got me. I still don't know how many of them there are. :(

Agree with sabresfan. And if you have to take the angle that having the right answer helps you make guesses for other letters, there's no reason not to have the right answers show up on the results screen (unless it's not possible). Fun little quiz otherwise.

I've heard and understand your concerns, and you'll now see the correct answer in parentheses. Regardless, I hope everybody has enjoyed and continues to enjoy this quiz- it was certainly a surprise to see it published, and I am always extremely appreciative of the Sporcle gods for giving me the chance to be on the front page.

I don't understand the complaints. The Quiz Title is pretty self-explanatory.

It was difficult to play because if you wanted to put a guess of 12, it would put your guess as 1 automatically. I didn't get a chance to put in 2 digit numbers :(
| Kicking222: | Sep 4th, 2011 at 15:21 GMT | | 2 points |
@myrallison: There's only one tile that appears at least 10 times, and for that one, putting in the "1" does not count as a wrong answer. I made it that way intentionally (also because there's no way anybody would think there's only one of that tile in the game).

i play scrabble a couple times a year - i was very surprised that there are only 4 s's.

I'm surprised 's' is guessed so low - that's one of the few tiles where it really helps to know at the end how many are still in the bag or other people's racks.

I am a big fan of Scrabble - it is one of my favorite board games. I should have scored 100%, but I got "O" wrong. I typed 6 instead of 8, somehow I managed to get the vowels confused with the popular consonants.
