croatia should be just simply croatia. Sporcle doesn't use their local names anywhere else! nice quiz however. Quite easy though.

I skipped the combination Sr in my mind, thinking it could never be right. If I only thought one second longer about that...

Like it! Tho I agree with jeje that Croatia should just be Croatia as it is on all other Sporcle quizzes (except the obvious one). Now I'm wondering what the bonus answers are ...

Thanks for the feedback. Of course I had Croatia there first, but then I realized R is the second letter in the Croatian name for it too... :) I'll change it back. As for bonuses... think common abbreviations...

Well, I got one of the bonuses on a whim; just have to figure out the other. I almost never use the abbreviations on Sporcle because I never know which quizzes will accept them and which won't.

This was fun, and I am always amused at all the incorrect things that pop into my head when I start going through the alphabet to find the ones I've missed... while I didn't actually type any of them, Prussia, Crete, and Oregon all popped into my head at some point. Wrong, wrong, and so wrong.

You could make Great Britain and Northern Ireland a bonus answer.

ok to those who are going to start saying greenland as a bonus answer- GREENLAND IS NOT A SOVEREIGN STATE AND IS OFFICIALLY PART OF DENMARK. so don't even mention it as a possibility........ for those arguing great britain- the official name of the country is the "[united] kindgdom of great britain and northern ireland", however, because it is pretty commonly known as great britain or britain, it is more likely to be accepted as a bonus answer (although i'm not saying it should be) . for those arguing prussia- seriously? go back to the 17 and 1800s. maybe if they had sporcle.printingpress back in the days before electricity then prussia would be an answer. hopefully this will stop all future whining about leaving out "countries". nice quiz k[r]auboj! :-)

Kauboj to have only your second game published is nothing short of a miracle. You must either be the Messiah, or just a very naughty boy !

Great Britain would be a good, but Sporcle law dictates that it must always be regarded as part of the United Kingdom.

Interesting how Croatia is in very high fourth position and is usually forgotten in other quizzes, and how Ireland is low.

1 problem with this quiz. I don't like putting spaces on countries that have 2 or more names. I tried "Trinidadandtobago". I wasted at least a minute figuring out why it wasn't accepting.
