I think the Coyotes are missing. They haven't won a Cup in Phoenix and didn't in Winnipeg either. Unless you're counting WHA championships, which I don't think you should.

Lions, Browns, Cardinals and Eagles have all won NFL Championships, just not Super Bowls. Chargers, Bills, and Titans/Oilers have also won AFL Championships.

Leagues are messed up - the Blue Jackets, Blues, Canucks, Capitals, Kings, Panthers and Predators are all listed under "MLB", and all the MLB teams except the Rockies are listed under "NFL".
