I ran out of room on S and L, so I subtracted a few films with which I'm quite unfamiliar. If anyone knows a workaround for this problem I'd like to hear it, thanks!

I enjoyed this quiz, and I'm sure that your omitted movies didn't affect my score. However, I suggest changing the wording of the title of the quiz. I was under the impression that somehow you included the top 250 movies for each letter of the alphabet, not just the top 250 movies total. I must have tried typing King Kong 30 times, because I couldn't believe that there are 250 better movies starting with the letter K. So I'm going to chalk it up 90% to my stupidity and 10% to the ambiguity of the title. Nice work either way.

@Swills13- I'd chalk it up to about 99.9% stupidity and 0.01% ambiguity (only joking). Great quiz by the way, really enjoyed it. Although for some inexplicable reason I missed "The Usual Suspects", which is pretty stupid of me, considering it is probably in my top 10 films of all time.

How is ET not on this list??

Thanks for updating the name so quickly for fools like myself, although on the second effort, somehow I did worse than the first go. @Stefunny, I also tried typing "ET, E.T., E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial" and every other variaton I could think of. Also surprised The Empire Strikes Back didn't make the cut.

Empire Strikes Back is on the list, as is Return of the Jedi, but I have them both under 'S', as in Star Wars. E.T., however, is not on the list, and I too am perplexed at that omission.

It doesn't accept Braveheart...apologies if B was also a letter you had to crop.

Hmm it seems it was "cropped" out, but I replaced 'Bicycle Thieves' with it. Anybody heard of 'Bicycle Thieves'? No? Good.

Here's your workaround...add in a bonus for each movie that you had to crop out, but put it in like this: "Bicycle Thieves type Braveheart/Bicycle Thieves". Then the bonus will pop up and tell the person another movie to input that will get them that letter.

Okay, well my ignorance of masterpiece Italian cinema aside, I believe I've reinstated everything in the form of a bonus answer that reveals one of the "real" answers. Also, thanks for the editor's pick!

Or The Silence of the Lambs for that matter. Luckily I got Star Wars to work for my S...

Neither Big Fish nor Bridge on the River Kwai was accepted for B.
