Guatemala City has at least 2.5 million people according to Wikipedia itself which uses the Guatemalan census.

New York City should not be one here. The name of the city is New York. Although people refer to New York City to clarify it away from New York the state. Including it would be similar to including "Chicago City" or "Toronto City."

I second GeoExpert. In Sporcle, too many people use New York City as the official name in quizzes like this.

@GeoExpert Chicago City would not be the same, as it is not in the state of Chicago. Oklahoma City would be the same, as it is also used to clarify from the state (although that is the official name of OC). It is New York, though. You're right.
