| The 'game has changed' comment is kind of silly. Break them down by the decade they started in, and there's a slightly bigger number in the 60s, but after that it's pretty consistent, up to and including players beginning in the 90s - which also aren't done yet (Nash, Kidd, etc). How about we just - wait and see. The game has never been the province of little men, in any era, and today's era is actually less center-dominated than previous eras. Good, short scorers are just anomalous. They pop up where they pop up, it has nothing whatever to do with 'the game changing'. |
