Nice quiz, nice twist. Can still be done in as few as 12 and as many as 35 capitals entered.

It's a good quiz for non-US-American users to memorize where the states are actually located (at least for me. I know the names of all states but I often don't know where exactly they are located) :).

Poor Juneau. It's lonely at the top.

I missed Juneau and Honolulu. You think I would be smart enough to realize that non-contiguous states must be guessed alone, but I wanted to guess states with a lot of neighbors. Great quiz, perfect amount of time!!!!!

Very interesting spread on the percentiles - I was sure 49 correct would be on one of the tails, rather than right on the mode. (Mode - is that right?)

I guess I take some solace seeing Augusta is most missed capital.

Knowing Jefferson City is nice since Missouri borders eight states.

Jefferson City and Nashville are sort of gold mines here.

Did anyone find another set of 12 to solve the quiz? My 12: Salem, Denver, Pierre, Little Rock, Lansing, Atlanta, Frankfort, Concord, Hartford, Harrisburg, Juneau, Honolulu

Best way to start this quiz is to get Juneau and Honolulu out of the way.

@naibaf: Yeah, can also do: Augusta, Boston, Harrisburg, Madison, Frankfort, Atlanta, Little Rock, Denver, Helena, Salem, Juneau, Honolulu. But it's still the same basic pattern. The only capitals that differ in these two lists border each other, anyway.

It wasn't so hard until you are missing just 2 or 3. With the list not being alphabetical, it took less time to type in a capital you think you might be missing rather than search the list. Alphabetical listing would make it easier...but where's the fun in that?

Thought I had done a good job covering the Northeast with Concord, Albany and Harrisburg. Darn you, Providence!

Tennessee borders the most states of any state in the U.S., right? Nashville's an easy way to get 8 of your 50 down.
