	'Goalie loses mask' is still not added. Also, it should be 'net dislodged', not 'goal dislodged', to be more accurate. Calling it 'goal' is like calling a 'fortepiano' a forte' instead of a 'piano'.

	i kept trying to type in things like "net off moorings" and "goal off moorings" because that is technically the description of that stoppage, rather than "goal dislodged". the goal was never lodged into anything so you can't dislodge it, you knock it off its moorings.

	another one you missed... 71.1 Premature Substitution - When a goalkeeper leaves his goal area and proceeds to his players’ bench for the purpose of substituting another player, the skater cannot enter the playing surface before the goalkeeper is within five feet (5’) of the bench. If the substitution is made prematurely, the official shall stop play immediately unless the non-offending team has possession of the puck -- in which event the stoppage will be delayed until the puck changes possession. There shall be no time penalty to the team making the premature substitution... Also, time is stopped when a player comes on the ice with no helmet, and no penalty is called.

	What about ref loses sight of puck - you'll probably need a few variations, but a puck can very much still be in play, but the ref stops play.

	Adding on to the loses sight of puck, also if the puck is pinned up against the boards, or smothered by a player for a period of time without anything happening the play will be blown dead. I also agree with the net dislodged comment, I tried about 10 different ways of saying that except for that one, such as net off its moorings, net off moorings, net off, etc. Good quiz though.
