"And" got about seven answers, like the LHP in 2009. You should accept the first name only for one of the 2001 outfielders.

Damian Moss was on the Braves in 2002. Tsuyoshi Shinjo was on the Mets in 2001.

The teams were picked and Topps printed the cards after both had been dealt to the Giants, so that's how they're listed. http://www.baseball-reference.com/bullpen/2002_Topps_All-Star_Rookie_Team But their performance with the Braves & Mets is what got them named to the team, so I'll add a note.
