| Alot of people I have on this list I feel deserve to be in the Hall because of people who have been already inducted. For instance, I thought Frank Sinatra should be here because Bobby Darin was among the first people inducted, and even though Sinatra didn't exactly embrace his influence on this kind of music, swing and his style did in fact influence it greatly. The Sex Pistols directly dissed the Hall of Fame and didn't even show up to the ceremony when they were inducted, however they are still among the inducted bands. As for you, AtoneMENT, the Small Faces are a good catch, and I added them to the list. However, like I said before alot of the musical acts I put on this list are there simply because other ones were, or some bands or artists are already in and I don't believe them to be better than the ones listed. Also, there are a lot of differing opinions when it comes to music, if I didn't take them into consideration I'd be no better than Jann Wenner is for failing to induct any of these acts. And @Oakes, Django is majorly influential but I'm only listing people who would be inducted as performers, he'd most likely be an Early Influence inductee. |
