	Nepal and Cyprus are still Republics even if one is ruled by a communist leader, the official form of government hasn't changed.

	Just because a country is communist doesn't mean it isn't a republic, monarchy, dictatorship, democracy, etc. The communist governments in nepal and cyprus were freely elected, but that doesn't mean they aren't communist.

	@jesuswasacomrade No, that doesn't make them Communist countries at all. Communism is not enshrined in any way in their constituitons. They're merely one of many political parties that may or may not receive votes in open elections. No country is defined by political parties like that. By your own ridiculous standards Cyprus is no longer communist because a guys term limits ran our, and a different political party is near assured to win the presidency. You've very obviously never been there to describe it as Communist like this.
