I'm aware there are already Doctor who actor games on here, but I thought it would be good to have a clickable version of it :) Makes it a bit easier perhaps, and it's a different way of play! I'm not in any way intending to ignore Derek's Who Was Doctor Who quiz (which is well worth a go by the way!)

Too bad you can't have Peter Cushing as a bonus answer somehow.

Please include Richard Hurdnall. He did play the First Doctor in a canonical role when the late William Hartnell couldn't appear in the 1983 anniversary special 'The Five Doctors'.

Yeah it's true Hurdnall was in a canonical episode, and he did an amazing job (one of my favourite episodes!) but he's not THE first Doctor - that will always be William Hartnell :) I would normally include people like Hurdnall (and indeed Cushing!) as a bonus answer, but as clickable quizzes dont allow that I had to leave him out. Don't worry though, I'm not trying to ignore him :)

@knight_of_ni Yes, there are several actors amongst the wrong answers who have played the Doctor in non-canonical settings.

Two more Doctors and we will have, ironically, a Baker's dozen.

Richard E. Grant was technically canonical for two years or so - according to the BBC, he was the official 9th Doctor in Scream of the Shalka.

And if this quiz had been made during those two years, he would have been a great answer!

I only got 10/11 as I'll be dead in the cold, cold ground before I recognize Missouri or Paul McGann

@blues95: Nice Simpson's reference, but in all seriousness, I didn't think Paul McGann made a bad doctor, only that the movie was lousy. Seriously, they make a movie about a being who can travel anywhere in time and space, and the entire movie is set in 1999 San Francisco?

I'm showing my age, but Tom Baker will always be the Doctor to me. But I must say that I really liked David Tennant.

Loved the quiz! A great idea to make a clickable game of the doctors. Although, as stated above, I am not putting down the classic version =)

@Azarel Well, most episodes take place in only one place and the Doctor really enjoys being on Earth--and at least it wasn't England (not anything wrong with that, but it was a nice change of pace).

@Quiz_Maker, well, these days it's mostly Wales disguised as...just about anywhere in the universe really!
