Excellent quiz - five stars! One very minor gripe though - Dinamo Zagreb and Croatia Zagreb are the same football club. Dinamo changed name in 1993, all the fans hated it so they changed back in 2000.

Good quiz, few random leaguen winners in there! Can you accept "Deportivo" instead of having to type "Deportivo La Coruña", other wee gripe is if could accept "Man U" or "Man Utd" to save us time typing "Manchester United"

1999-2000 is MManchester United on the answer, need to edit that, overall very good quiz. Surprised Romanian or Polish isn't in over Cyprus.

Ah yes, fixed, thanks. Romania dropped 8 places for some reason. I would've included more countries but then I would've had to lower the number of years, because the limit stands at 300. And I thought it was more interesting with more years.

you've got some problem in Italy at the moment, you have 2003-04 written twice, Milan is correct but Juventus' should be 2004-05 and 2005-06. With regards to the 05-06 season, Inter were given the title due to the points deductions to Milan and Juve, and the latter's demotion to Serie B. Otherwise great quiz

Thanks for the comments! I've fixed the double year. I know Inter got the title, but since Juventus finished first I put them there. I made a note now that it was given to Inter. :)

@cryptus: Slavia Praha and Sparta Praha are now accepted. @wondernick: I had olympique (de) Marseille accepted, the french name. I'd never heard it referred to as Olympic Marseille before, but I've added it now and I did the same for Lyon. Thanks for the comments.

Question from non-soccer (football) fan: Could MLS all-stars beat the champ from any of the leagues such as Israel, Netherlands, Greece, etc? If not, they really need to change it to Minor League Soccer. No offense meant towards those countries but population and other differences are obvious.

Ya this definitely needs more time. I spent so much time trying to think of answers for the lower leagues that I didn't have time to put in (fairly) popular teams like Lazio, Roma, Prague, Stuttgart, Roma, etc. Still did well though, got well over 200. @murf: Yes they probably could, especially teams from the lower leagues like Czech, Israel, etc.

The 2005-06 Serie A title was awarded to Inter. You should have Inter as the main answer, with details about Juventus in brackets. Also, the 2005-06 title hasn't been awarded to anybody. So accept Juventus, but please change the main answer to 'Not awarded' or something.

@platonicus: I'd prefer not accepting just city names, unless the team is popularly known as such. Otherwise people can just put in random cities. Besides that, Limassol has two teams in the Cypriot first division, so that's out for sure. Grass has two s's, so I don't know why I should accept it with 1 s.

Dinamo Zagreb is often misspelled Dynamo which is understandable but still wrong and annoying for us fans. I'm not saying that accepting Dynamo on this quiz insults me greatly, but I had to say it :)

I'm pretty sure I put Lens and it didn't turn up :S. Also, could you accept Anorthosi for Anorthosis? I only know them from playing Football Manager, and in that they're referred to as Anorthosi.

when in the world Cyprian League is an European top 20? and Israel is NOT European, I don't care of what UEFA says or does. Make Israel play in Asian tournaments, and if they have problems to play against Iran or others, simply they don't play, not that they magically become European.
