| I do appreciate the feedback (a sentiment I regretfully didn't add to my first post-publication comment due to my shock at the idea that "bow" was too strict an answer) but if I had allowed some of the suggestions made then this quiz would lose its point. If you've played the games or know enough about them to want to take this quiz, there's no reason on earth you wouldn't know that, for instance, the boomerang in Twilight Princess is the Gale Boomerang. By allowing sweeping answers to count for specific things that really ARE specific beyond just the name, I would be doing a disservice to those who want a challenge of memory in the quiz. Moreover, as I've said, I can't change anything, so this whole leeway thing is pretty futile. In any case, thanks Sporcle for publishing it and thanks to the folks who played or will play this quiz. |
