You are answering about countries that border each other whose names begin with the same letter. e.g. if Cuba and Comoros border then type "Cuba Comoros" (either way around). Btw, they don't.

Just to clarify: you are answering about countries that border each other whose names begin with the same letter. e.g. if Cuba and Comoros border then type "Cuba Comoros" (either way around). Btw, they don't.

Original idea. Quite a lot of these names are pretty similar too. Only all the caps is a bit ugly.

Great quiz. Two things though, Sporcle standard accepts "car" for "central african republic" (and is easier on my fingers) and I think Burma-Bangladesh should at least be a bonus, though it might be argued should be accepted.

Very interesting idea, and a great quiz. I enjoyed it! The title is a bit awkward, although I'm not sure there's a better way to word it. Maybe: "Pairs of countries which share a border and the same first letter"?

Yeah I came across both of those above problems. Burma I was going to make a bonus answer but there doesn't seem to be an option to do that... The title was always an issue, I will probably change it to something similar. The hardest bit was summarising it in 2-3 words! I will also get round to changing the caps. Thanks for all the advice guys! :)

I love this idea. Is the bonus Bangladesh/Burma?

it's tough to still come up with original ideas for geography quizzes at this point, but this was definitely fun and made me think. 5/5

Morocco would argue that it has a border with Mauritania, and since the Sporcle standard seems to be not to recognize Western Sahara, perhaps that should be accepted, if not as a legitimate answer then as a bonus.

Another potential bonus: Cameroon Chad Congo Congo CAR; entering in all the permutations of that one would be hard, though.

Maybe, to make it a little easier on the eyes, separate the names of the countries with punctuation, such as "Benin/Burkina Faso" or "Benin, Burkina Faso".

Deuce, Bhutan and Bangladesh don't border. There's this place called India in between them. Perhaps you've heard of it?

Sorry, I kind of liked having lots of time for a change. Usually there's a feeling of panic, and you don't have a chance to come up with answers on your own before they're given. Really enjoyed the quiz!

Commas put in to make it look better. Thanks for the feedback. What do other people think about the time? I could maybe put it down to 7/8 minutes to make it a bit more of a challenge?

I loved it, thank you. Now, if I could only figure out a way to keep myself from forgetting all about Cameroon over and over again. It's not _that_ obscure a country *rolleyes* I'd keep the time, I was delighted to actually be able to think things over. And thanks for giving the continents.
