I chose not to include Paraguay since the Patriotic Alliance for Change also includes parties that belong to Christian Democrat International. With Haiti, what's going on there is more like part of a grand coalition. If anyone thinks that those and the other countries I left out should be added, feel free to explain why.

Should allow UK for United Kingdom and Ivory Coast for Cote d'Ivoire. Also, Aruba is not really independent.
