I'm confused, exactly what part of the NATO boarders the Indian Ocean? India is not a member, nor is Australia, South Africa, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Maldives, nor any of the former British African colonies... What am I missing?

@osasunaitor: They are countries that don't have nuclear weapons of their own, but may store other countries' weapons on their territory and have the technology needed to deploy them. Currently, only the U.S. has shared its weapons with those 5 countries, but U.S. forces guard the weapons and they can only be activated by the United States.

What data have you used for city population? I know this is always contentious on Sporcle, but I thought Istanbul was up around 12m or more, NY around 8m, LA around 3m, which would make your order wrong, and also put several European cities higher than LA (eg London, Paris)
