Fourth of all,
USHER DID NOT MAKE HIM FAMOUS! Scooter Braun discovered him over youtube. They met up, and Scooter brought him to the label, and told Justin not to talk to any celebrities. He saw Usher at the label and went up to him, asking if he could sing a song for Usher. He sang a song to him and then Usher jumped on board for The Bieber Ride. Usher took the place as JB's mentor, and Scooter took the position as Justin Biebers manager. Over the mentor spot, usher and Justin Timberlake fought over it. Usher won the position.
