	Some of these people weren't dictators (Fujimori, in particular). Some names are wrong - It's Mohammad Reza Pahlavi - Reza Pahlavi was his father. And Kim Jong Il.

	Well, I guess you can call Fujimori a dictator. All of these were dictators. Kim Jong-Il and Pavlavi is fixed. Nobody is perfect.

	It's also arguable that that Haile Selassie wasn't a dictator - 'dictator' has a very negative connotation and I believe Selassie was almost universally loved. Also, for the Korean names you should accept 'Kim' or 'Park,' since those are the family names. But good quiz. Nice and hard.

	I would add Chavez of Venezuela, possibly some Mexican caudillos (although you seem to have a more modern quiz), and Milosevic of Yugoslavia

	Yeah, you could argue about people like Chavez, Milosevic, Fujimori or Mubarak. No classic dictators, but no real democrats either. Haile Selassie ruled the country very much by his own, no significant opposition. You can call him dictator in my opinion.

	Ivan: Come on man, you gotta accept different spellings for Qaddafi (the most common spelling). I tried Khaddafy, Qaddafy, etc. What the heck are you "requiring"? And yellowcarpet, "Chavez isn't dictator" really? Where are you from, Venezuela? Oh wait, I forgot, you wouldn't have INTERNET if you were because the leader is a DICTATOR!

	Fujimori is in my opinion the only one on the list you can definetely argue about whether he was a dictator or not. And maybe Horthy and Zhivkov, I don't know enough about their plenitude of power.

	Horthy wasn't particularly a dictator. The Hungarian regime in the interwar period was reactionary, but generally fairly liberal. Government was parliamentary, with prime ministers responsible to a parliamentary majority, not to the regent. Elections were at least somewhat real, and multiple parties competed. On the other hand, the left was rather harshly persecuted, and by the mid 30s government had fallen into the hands of radical right wingers. I'm not sure how to categorize Horthy.
