	Not bad. But are there not more significant Scots in history than Gerard Butler, Alex Ferguson and John sodding Barrowman? Maybe chuck in Wallace, the Bruce, Logie Baird, Fleming, Watt, MacBeth, Calgacas?

	I think some of the people cdvillafan suggested have global recognition like Wallace, MacBeth, & Watt (I certainly recognize those names more than Butler & Barrowman) I think the currency question should be removed because it isn't uniquely Scottish (in other words, the pound is Scotland's currency because it is a part of a larger entity, the UK, it isn't Scotland's choice)

	Do we really need questions about what the five racecourses are? They aren't that important. And surely there would have been better choices of actors than Gerard Butler. Sean Connery I would except.

	@Ireland: Very good. Probably should read "Nation Quiz" rather than "Country Quiz" but Scotland is a constituent country of the UK. Does not accept "Sir Alex" for some reason. I have never heard of Gerard Butler which stopped me getting 100% (will research). Number of council areas is a bit lame. Bell probably popularised the telephone after hijacking the patent rather than invented it (lots of other great Scottish inventors could be used - Baird, Watt?) Largest political party should be rephrased as "most seats in the Scottish Assembly". Four and a half globes (rounded up).

	I liked this a lot (5 globes worth) but: there shouldn't be a question asking what is the official name of Scotland in a quiz about Scotland; it certainly shouldn't give the answer to the anthem question as well; "...whose feast day..." please!

	Questions about a hollywood film and an English team, scotland manager would be more relevant!! never mind the racecurses, trust me there's more to do in scotland than watch horses. What about carnegie, adam smith to name but a few.

	FoS is the football anthem too and Gaelic is also an official language. I'm fine with Butler mainly because it took me ages to remember him! Neither Ness nor Lomond are Lakes (there are a few lakes in Scotland, Lake of Menteith being the well known one)
