	"Killed by Careers" could be a whole lot of tributes in a whole lot of games. It's also unconfirmed that the Careers killed the D10 boy. It's unlikely, but possible, that Foxface got him (or maybe Thresh... I'm not 100% clear as to whether Katniss mentioned in her D11 speech whether Thresh didn't fight anyone). Or he may have died from some unseen arena hazard, or maybe injuries suffered during the fire, etc...

	I think it would be helpful if you gave either or for the killed in the wave/beast. I kept putting these answers in by themselves, but I didn't know they were combined.

	The answers for the wave/beast would have accepted either, but it only would if you'd typed in 5 girl or 10 boy or something. If you were typing with district included it wouldn't. I've changed that now, thanks for bringing it to my attention. I've also removed the District 10 boy since his death was unclear.
