| You did the alternate answers wrong, and that prevents people from giving the correct answer. This is true for German #2,4 and 5 and I believe for all 10 of the Mandarin numbers.. To make an alternate answer, you need to type / between the answers. If you type | it makes the / show up on the quiz as a required part of the answer. Thus, to get #2 for German right, for example, I need to type Zwei/Zvi, and nobody is going to guess that. Your alternate answers for German #2 and #4 are wrong anyway. The only acceptable alternative for Zwei is Zwo. There is no correct alternate for Vier. Technically, "Funf" is wrong, but since many of us don't have keyboards with umlauts I would say leave it. "Fuenf" should also be acceptable, as that's the correct way to spell it without an umlaut. |
