| Thanks for comments, @Eliot, there is a lot that goes into deciding what gets published. To be honest, we didn't correct all that much. The dates were wrong (typo on my part I added them to the quiz) Deng was an oversight, and the american soldier has always been a bonus answer on this, not sure why it wasn't coming up if people tried it. As for why it got published, well...we liked it. It is historical, interesting (if not somewhat trivial) data, and seemed a good compliment to naming a bunch of cartoons. Mistakes sometimes happen in quizzes, so we babysit them and make corrections...even in the wee hours of a Monday morning. Hope that helps. |
