| I agree with Doerr over Pedroia, at least for a few more years, and i could see the case for Cronin but it's hard to argue with 2 World Series in only 7 years with a team. As far as Young over Martinez, no way. Young had the majority of his success with Cleveland as opposed to Pedro, who had 1 great year with Montreal, and then came to Boston and proceeded to have 6 straight seasons with an ERA under 3 and win 3 strikeout crowns. Martinez is the best pitcher in Red Sox history. |
