	"Polite" could be accepted also as translation of cortés. Both a lobster and a locust are called "langosta" in Spanish. Gorriones are precisely sparrows, not any birds (that are "aves" or "pájaros"). Please put "zanahoria" and "carrot" both in singular or both in plural. Bodega is most commonly a wine cellar (a warehouse is "almacén" or "depósito"). Also a "pistola" or a "revólver" is a gun; escopeta is precisely a shotgun. But the general level of the game is over the standard for Spanish language quizzes (usually bad).

	@dancastro - thanks for the feedback, I'm only semi-fluent in spanish so making this plausible to a native speaker was difficult for me. I'm probably just going to change gorriones to pájaros(dont know how i got those two mixed up), and remove bodega and esopeta completely.

	@marzoz - I'll agree with you on sobrevivir, but vencer can mean to conquer, and in the tense its in(vencedor) makes it more obvious, have you ever heard of an overcomer? However I'll add it as an alternate answer.

	I like this, much better than any other sporcle spanish quizzes. But, can I make a request that you accept the British spelling of neighbour? It always takes me ages to work out what's wrong when it doesn't accept it initially.

	I think this is a nice quiz but still needs a bit of work. Especially with the verbs, I think the cognates should be accepted also: confiar - to confide, anotar - to note, desear - to desire Olvidar = to forget, olvidarse de is not needed here. Retratar and retrato are the same basic word. Why have it twice?

	I'm pretty sure that tuxedo is 'esmoquin'; it sounds like 'smoking', but that word is English.

	@THEJMAN: Yes it is more commonly known as 'esmoquin' however 'smoking' is an alternative (Comes from the english term "smoking jacket"). It's not that you're wrong it's just that I wanted this quiz to be challenging.

	@hubbjm: "to confide/confide" is in fact accepted for "confiar", I added "to note/note" for "anotar"(don't know how I forgot that, thanks). There is a difference between "retrato" and "retratar", maybe you're misunderstanding the fact that retrato here is a "portrait/portrayal"(like a painting), not the present yo form of retratar.

	Funny how the presence of another language sometimes mixes up your mind. I nailed semidifficult words like jabalí but then inexpicably failed to recall the English words background, narrow and warehouse. Anyways, I tried "churchbell" for campana, perhaps u could accept that as well...? all in all nice quiz

	Great quiz. Just "Sillon" is a sofa rather than a chair and I've never heard of "Entredos", instead I would use "Gabinete". I'm mother-tongue Spanish, but from Argentina so this quiz was surprisingly challenging because of the heavy bias towards Spanish (as opposed to Castillian) words. Still, it made it all the more fun.

Yo escogí los colores sin razón. Necesito cambiarlos. @murlita: Changed sillón to sofa(kept sofa as an alternate). Deleted entredós. Yes it is pretty bias but it's just funny how different Spanish is in different countries, especially Argentina and Spain.

	Excellent quiz! I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. For "hallar" please accept "to discover/discover"; 2. For "lograr" please accept "to obtain/obtain"; and 3. There should be an accent on the last letter of "jabilí".
