| The case of Bolivia is like that of Bhutan: there is a very small (almost negligible) part of the country, in a river in the border with Brazil, where the elevation is about 90 meters. If the flood happened, it wouldn't really do much harm. It's more, simply by walking some hundred feet away from the banks of that river you could escape from the danger. But, strictly speaking, Nepal, Bhutan and Bolivia are countries with some portion under 100 meters and the quiz is correct. |
