	According to Wikipedia, Halogen "airs feature-length films, documentaries, short films, and original reality programs that center on making positive social changes and making the world a better place." They launched in 2009, so they're a pretty young network.

	For those wondering Halogen is the same company as Inspiration Network. Its a Christian network targeting youths. (It helps when you work for the TV industry and actually worked on a proposal for this channel!)
