Hejman, this is brilliant! The Cadillac one was killing me and it makes so much sense now. If anyone misses Level 3 Communications, you've got a problem.

Thanks, LTH, leppyfresh and thegrimreaper. The love/hate thing is precisely what I was going for. You know you know these, but yet they're just out of reach of your brain. Kind of like how I feel most of the time I'm Sporcling.

Wow, Hejman, brilliant. I had to think so hard until so many of them clicked, and I was so confused wondering why Marlo Thomas was telling me about breast cancer for a while. One little thing, 1:28-1:34 needs to be hyphenated.

Am I the only one who didn't know half these voice-overs were celebrities until now?

Thanks, sproutcm- I'll go fix that (by the way, this is in your section!). Kazbar- I didn't know some of them either until I started putting this quiz together. IMDB verified almost all of them and a few news stories verified the others.

Really terrific quiz, and it's just begging for a sequel; I know there are more commercials that can be used. (I can think of a few other celebrity voiceovers off the top of my head, and given that I didn't know most of these until I took this quiz, there're probably hundreds.)

Finally, a quiz that takes advantage of my singular talent for spotting voiceover artists and voice actors! Now if only I had some ACTUAL talents, I'd be all set.

Now that I see the answers, I feel so silly for missing the ones that I did! Also, I feel like I would've gotten Mandy Patinkin if he'd been speaking in a Spanish accent (and telling me to prepare to die).

I had no idea Duracell and Aflac were voiceovers by actors! This quiz is AWESOME!!! I echo others who want MORE :-) Also, today is Patrick Stewart's birthday- silly coincidence perhaps but happy birthday, you're in a Sporcle quiz.

Many thanks for the kind words. The Disney audio is just loud- that's the way the original commercial was because the voice over is over top of fireworks. Fortunately, toward the end the voice comes through more. There are definitely plenty of voices out there for a sequel and I'll hopefully find some time in the coming weeks to do that. Finding these clips is a real challenge. @janet- no matter how many times I listen to that Crestor commercial, 'growing a sixth finger' is not one of the side effects. @deej- Having Sideshow Bob do voice overs for Disney makes me chuckle all the time.

Love this quiz - nominated! Although, how in the hell did I miss James Earl Jones??? The man has one of the most recognisable (and awesome) voices ever!

Oh! That reminds me- if you like the Jones clip, check out this Youtube link, which users that sound track and clips from Star Wars to make a "Darth Vader for Verizon" as: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8ti3kYrPSQ . And thanks, sexysadie, for the kind words about the quiz.

What are the odds that George Clooney has had a Bud in his hand since college? Biggest shock: Duracell. I had no idea Jeff Bridges' voice was so danged sexy.

I often drive my wife crazy by yelling out during commercials, "Hey! I think that's _____." Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm not, but if you've ever had that feeling then hopefully you'll enjoy this quiz. (Note for non-North American users, these are all commercials that aired in the U.S. and Canada.) There are probably enough celebrities that I've left out for me to do a sequel if you'd all like one. Hope you enjoy it!

I really enjoyed this quiz. I was pretty familiar with most of these soundbites, but had no idea they were voice overs by clebrities, such as the budweiser and duracell. I could have sworn BMW was Christopher Plummer, but the answer makes perfect sense. I hope there is more to come.

Is it weird that not only did I guess Robert Plant for the Cadillac ad with the very brief snippet of "Rock and Roll" at the beginning, but also that I fully expected it to be an acceptable answer?

I would give this 10 orbs if instead of Verizon there were a clip of James Earl Jones saying nothing but 'Bell Atlantic' - all these years later that's still permanently burned into my head.

Fun quiz, and it's amazing how much 3:26-3:37 sounds like his brother; I only got that one by going, "Well, that just has to be Beau."

I wonder how many of these celebrities realize that we don't know it's them doing these voices. I also guessed Plant for Cadillac. Is it just me, but does Richard Dreyfus sound amazingly like Matthew Broderick?

Great quiz! My only nitpick is that the clip for Martin Sheen is poor quality and there isn't much voice. But seriously a great quiz!
