@slamb- You don't. Just the last name is fine and has always been accepted. You do have to be in the right answer space, however, since the quiz is forced order.

@RoloTomasi: Tesla invented (among other things) the modern alternating current generator ... the basis of a great deal of our modern technology. Thomas Edison had him blacklisted, and he never got much credit for his work until after he died.
